Religious Leaders and Their Crap

Ok, here are my thoughts today. I’m not going to be direct, because I don’t feel like debating today. But this is what I’ve been thinking. There are religious leaders in America who are hurting the cause of Christ all in the name of ‘peace’. Yes, I believe that Christianity is a religion of ‘peace’, but come on, let’s get real. Peace is NOT acceptance of any thought or idea. Christ accepts all people, but He does not leave them the same, He changes them. Christianity cannot accept all ideas or other beliefs. When a body is infected with something that is not supposed to be in the body, guess what? There is either an allergic reaction or sickness. The body begins to fight against that foreign object to bring ‘peace’ back to the body. It does not invite other foreign objects into the body to bring ‘peace’ to others. Christianity does play a peaceful offense. But it should also play an aggressive defense, I believe. Martin Luther seemed as a rebel to the ‘religious leaders’ of his time, but what he did brought growth to the Body of Christ. Looking back now, we would say the stand he took was correct, but he was condemned by the church and political leaders of that time. People can use scripture to say anything they want it to say, we call this ‘out of context’. I believe people also use the Constitution of the United States ‘out of context’. When our founding fathers wrote ‘freedom of religion’, they did NOT mean that any and every religion is welcome. What they meant was that the government would not control the church. I don’t care what religion it is, if it doesn’t teach that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God that gave His life as a sacrifice for the remission of man’s sin, then it is not welcome. But especially the religions that take radical movements against this country and against my God (and then try to sneak their ‘peaceful’ religion into the White House) are NOT WELCOME!!! My fathers took a stand and gave their lives that I may worship the ONE TRUE GOD!! You will not pervert my freedoms to include your way of life. It’s time for the real Christians to take a stand. You’ve allowed politics and ‘religious leaders’ who play politics to tell you what your religion believes and what your freedoms are. Guess what, they are manipulating you to your own demise. They are fooling you with words, like peace and the love of Christ, and you buy into it. You are digging your own grave my friend. Now, I will add that I might not ‘agree’ with some of the stuff that the media is trying to condemn right now, but inside I’m secretly smiling, because it’s about time that Christian’s decide that enough is enough. You know what makes me smile even more, he’s a Jones!!!
