People are quick to assume that fads are just that, fads, and don&#8217;t take time to understand why it is a fad. And sometimes people can even judge fads saying that it is &#8216;of the world&#8217; and that &#8216;God was the same yesterday, today and forevermore&#8230;AMEN!!!&#8217;. But I believe this has been an excuse for leaders to fall into being a follower. A leader needs to influence everyone he is leading, or he isn&#8217;t their leader. If half of your &#8216;followers&#8217; use social media as a main source of communication, guess what? So should you!! A leader doesn&#8217;t just lead from their &#8216;leadership stool&#8217;. A leader, or I should say EFFECTIVE leader, influences people by getting down in the ditch of life with their followers and influences them to follow him. So leaders, don&#8217;t be lazy.
