It is from Adam Lehman over at adamlehman.us and this article I thought was really good. What do you think?<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Your family isn\u2019t just 1 generation. It can\u2019t be.<\/p>\n<p>For Christmas, you go see some ancient aunt who forgets your name or you visit your newest nephew who can\u2019t control when he poops or pees.<\/p>\n<p>Great grandpa, mother, uncle, cousin, daughter, niece &#038; in-law.<\/p>\n<p>Family cover many, many generations.<\/p>\n<p>So how is it that Jesus\u2019 family has become so segmented? How have the teenagers relocated to a room to themselves full of funny jokes, games &#038; lock-ins while the \u201cadults\u201d are sitting placidly in pews listening to the \u201cimportant stuff?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve got to break the barriers between \u201cadults\u201d &#038; \u201cteens\u201d &#038; \u201celderly.\u201d We\u2019re neutering the church family\u2019s greatest strength.
